Today we’re going to look at what is happening in school districts around the country to show you that unchecked power has serious consequences.
In Arizona, a superintendent was keeping dossier on outspoken parents and unknowingly shared a link to the document via a screenshot. The dossier contained personal and sensitive information on nearly 50 parents--photos, social security numbers, marriage status, and more.
In Michigan, 200+ parents claimed that their first amendment rights were violated when their school district monitored them via social media.
